My favorite non-fruited Cantillon. Wonderfully balanced slaps of horseblanket funk, rotten citrus, musty old basement, tangy oak, and a dry finish.

Beautiful bright funk and balanced. Not too sour or acidic just loads of yeast and barrel notes. A treat.

Citrussy, herbal, oaky, slightly caramelly. Complex and smooth. Probably best age to drink

Dam nice combination of hops and lambic... tart upfront with dry stone fruit and citrus fruits followed by a flat hop taste. Nice

Sour and fruity, stone fruit and citrus. Smooth, some funk, nice.

Really enjoying the balance between the funky, tart base against the hops here. Layers of bright lemon tartness, hints of apricot and peach. Earthy, grassy bitter punctuation on the end. Some dry spice lingers on the tongue.

Ce n'est probablement pas le meilleur lambic au monde, mais c'est vraiment une proposition intéressante pour commencer dans le monde des lambics. Belle petite touche fruitée venant des houblons!
