Racine (2021) Ojaperv

Very vinous nose. Fruity, floral, vinous, stonefruits, mild vinegar. Rich taste, allmost full bodied. Really nice!

Vin Santo 2019 Ojaperv

Lots of fruity grape in nose, also some sulphury acidity. Taste is juicy, white grape, really acidic, vinegar. After aeration in goes more smooth, but overally it's quite robust. Cork was really fragile. Might not be the best bottle.

Vinsanto 2020 Ojaperv

Vinous, sweet gooseberry, green apple, very soft acidity, hints of blueberry. Dry, quite mineraly finish. Very complex, perfectly balanced, great stuff!

Beck- Hartweg 2021 Ojaperv

Thanks Jarno D. Really full-bodied, oily palate. Taste and aroma has lots of pastry notes, buttery. Aftertaste fruity, ripe yellow stonefruits. Well balanced and tasty stuff, completely different style from other white grape lambics.

Thanks Jarno D. Super fruity and juicy, soursweet marmalade. Very well drinkable, I could just easily empty few bottles by myself. Lots of different layers and tastes, start fruity, but finish is more earthy, leathery. Brilliant!

Scarabée Ojaperv

Very aromatic, floral, jasmine in nose. First taste is quite sharp, very vinous, mineraly, more acidic than expected. Aftertaste follows more to nose - floral, sweeter side. Green apple in finish. Complex and tasty.

Very juicy, some sulphury acidity, mild grape skin tannic notes. Leather and tobacco in aftertaste. Blackcurrant after some opening and aeration. Very complex, really nice brew with different layers

Roast and coffee, sweeet and sugary in middle taste. Hoppy finish. Well balanced and really easily drinkable for abv. Nice

Incredible hop bomb. So juicy, so tropical, lots of ripe fruits. Booze is there, but it's not overwhelming. Really good stuff
