タンブラーの方が酸味強めに感じる気はするが、そんなに大変わりしないかな。ドライ感強めで、酸が強い。すっきりな印象。

金曜に飲んだサンブルーとは結構印象違うなあ。どちらかというとすらっとしており、酸味の中にハニー的な甘やかさ。以前に飲んだサンブルーに近い印象。甘やかさは無かった気がするけど。

ハスカップを漬け込んだビール。キュッとした酸味と旨みがあって美味しい😊いつもマスターの説明がわかりやすくて期待が膨らんでいっそう美味しい気がする。

Dry, very tart. Draws out the fruits in your mouth and makes one salivate. Grapey, bright and vibrant. Brett comes to the party late. Bloody Brett. Florality is also present. Really good year.

EB Frilltessence 2023. Paired with bbq wings. Fruity bilberries, brightening balanced acidity and pleasant funk. This vintage is damn tasty right now! Also one of my favourite pairings of the day!

Probablement le truc avec la plus haute concentration en camerise que j’ai bu de ma vie..! Incroyable présence de ce fruit toujours aussi particulier avec sa finale légèrement amère et médicamenteuse (in a good way). J’ai beaucoup aimé l’expérience!

I still find this series to be a worse Saint Lamvinus. What I can taste of the grape is great, but I really wish this was more jammy. Not top tier water, but better than average which makes this very drinkable.
