First up - rough, wild, tangy, amazing what you can do with malt. tongue-crushing sourness brings a treat to my eye, and we all know what that reminds me of.

The homework begins. I enjoy Iris but Cantillon definitely make better beers. Fairly soft and fluffy but enough tart apricot and sourness to make it enjoyable. A strong start.

Preferred to 2004 even if slightly less complex. Others felt it was watery but I thought it was plenty flavorful

Vandaag een deel van het eiland Syros ontdekt met de scooter en veel geocaches gezocht en bijna allemaal kunnen vinden. Flink verkleurd onderweg 😎☀️. Deze Iris komt weer uit onze beautycase aangezien craft beer op Syros zo goed als onbekend is.
