Sour and a bit tart, smooth, low acidity. Funky, woody, rustic, stone fruit and vanilla. Some signs of oxidation but still very tasty.

Sour, a bit tart, fruity. Stone fruit, barnyard funk, florals, soft, smooth. Excellent.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2019)

Ripe cherries on the nose, sour, fruity and a bit sweet. Red cherries, some dry wood, low acidity. No funk really, shame. Quite juicy and uncomplex, but tasty. Very nice. Rating this 3.24 is a crime against humanity.

Tart, sour, surprisingly sweet. Vinous grapes, honey, dried apricots, dry wood, a bit of herbality. Fortified wine vibes, desserty. Rich, complex, lovely.

Crisp and smooth, slightly bitter, bready malts and finishes dry. Very nice.

Thick, sweet, sour, tart. Lots of tart bilberries with some blueberries, smooth bit rich, finishes dry. Just add some funk and this'd be great. Very nice.

Sour, fruity, smooth. Apricot jam, stone fruit, a lil bit of funk, delicious.

Soleil de Minuit 2015

Orangeish yellow, clear, wel carbed and some fairly persistent white head. Nose has tart cloudberries. Tart, sour, fruity, light, low acidity. Cloudberries, soft funk, a bit of dry wood. Very easy drinking but tasty and some complexity. Excellent.

Light, hoppy, pretty sweet. Tropical fruit with some florals. Ok.

Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA

Light, hoppy, citrusy, soapy. Not great.

Limbo Lime

Light, tart, fruity. Strong lime, mostly juice some zest, finishes dry. Ok.

Oude Geuze Apogee

Sour, fruity, a bit tart. Citrus, green apple, dry wood, a hint of funk. Very smooth. Nice.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise 2021

Light, sour, fruity. Earthy funk, stone fruit, a touch of acidity, but still smooth and even refreshing. Dry and tart finish. Good stuff.

Beer Geek Porter

Thin, roasty, dark, lots of medium roast black coffee, bitter, dry. A bit light but not bad.

Blow Out

Hoppy, suspiciously alcoholic for the abv, bitter. Some sweet maltiness, thin aftertaste. Ok.

Echte Liebe

Hoppy, floral, bitter. Some booze even seeps through, surprisingly strong. Still fresh and clean, nice.

#lunchbeer Sour, tart, a bit acidic. Soft fruitiness, cranberries and red apple. Some sweetness in there but mouth-puckering, finishes tart. Nice, but might need some age to mellow out.

Sour, tart, dry. Sherry, dry oak, citrus, musty funk. Smooth, a little bit acidic. Very nice.

Magic Lambic 2021

Far more vanilla forward than '20. Fruity, smooth, fresh raspberries, vanilla, a touch of funk, even a hint of blueberry. Lovely.

Light, fruity, tannic, dry. Grapes, funk, some sweetness, decent amount of acidity. Excellent.

Vinsanto 2020

Light, vinous, super smooth. Green grapes, citrus, some gentle funk, no acidity really. Lambic gateway drug. Excellent.

Light, soft, creamy. Soft citrus, dry wood. Smooth, very nice.

Light, fruity, sour and tart. Citrus and grapes, more saisony than vinous. Some sweetness, a bit of funk, very clean and refreshing. Fantastic after a day of traveling.

Magic Lambic

2020. Fruity, sour, tart. Raspberry, vanilla, maybe a bit of blueberry in the finish. Slightly acidic, fruity sweetness but finishes dry. Yummy.

Light, fruity, sour, dry. Red grapes and berries, vinous, sweet, actually juicelike. Smooth and soft, very nice.

Sophia Lambic (2020)

Light, fruity, sour, pretty tart. Honeylike sweetness, green grapes, lemony citrus. Some yeasty funk in the aftertaste. Smooth, not at all dry. Excellent.

Sour and tart, fruity, earthy. Red grapes, blackberries, funk, topsoil. Very vinous, surprisingly soft. Delicious.

Thick and sweet, caramel, bourbon, vanilla, quite syrupy. Touch of coffee in the backend. Very nice.

Fruity and hoppy, stone fruit and something overripe tropical, sweet and bitter. Nice.

Deep burgundy, no head. Sour and tart, deep sweet blueberries, maybe closer to bilberries. Dry, smooth, very nice.

Passion Pool Non Alc Shallow

Very tart, a bit sour, sweet, fruity. Medium body, not pulpy but clearly some fruit involved. Strong passionfruit, some lime. Actually pretty damn nice for a n/a, good job.

Limbo - Riesling

Light and fruity, very sweet. Lemon, green apple, finishes with honey. No riesling. Not bad but if less sweet and a bit sour, could be very nice.

George Bourbon BA

Fairly thick, pitch black, flat. Sweet, roasty, boozy. Lots of bourbon, coffee, some dark chocolate, licorice. Hefty but pretty smooth. Very nice.

Fou' Foune (2020)

Fruity, sour, tart, acidic. Apricots and a bit of lemon, some herbality. Very nice, but lacking in da funk. Foumosas are underrated.

Limbo Yuzu

Light and sparkly, lemon, florals and a hint of sourness. Very nice.

Henry Gose Lightly

Light and crisp, juicy sweet citrus, finishes salty. Top 3 fake beer so far.

Drink'in The Sun (0.3%)

Light, mildly hoppy, a bit sweet. Pretty fruity, actually tastes closer to a watered down mead than an ale. Ok.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020)

Nose has some maple and molasses. Medium body, oily. Sweet, smooth, chocolate, brown sugar, a bit of roast and maple. Could have more maple. Excellent.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019)

Fairly thin body, sweet, a bit boozy. Milk coffee, some maple, some bourbon, a hint of racism. Loved the previous years, this feels a bit watered down. Still very nice.

Nath (2019)

Clear dark yellow, nice white head. Sour, a bit acidic. Nice sweet rhubarb that lingers, a dry finish. Very nice. Thanks Lucas!

Sweet and creamy, lots of mildly roasty coffee and vanilla. Some hops in the aftertaste. Not bad.
