Sour and a bit tart, smooth, low acidity. Funky, woody, rustic, stone fruit and vanilla. Some signs of oxidation but still very tasty.

Ripe cherries on the nose, sour, fruity and a bit sweet. Red cherries, some dry wood, low acidity. No funk really, shame. Quite juicy and uncomplex, but tasty. Very nice. Rating this 3.24 is a crime against humanity.

Tart, sour, surprisingly sweet. Vinous grapes, honey, dried apricots, dry wood, a bit of herbality. Fortified wine vibes, desserty. Rich, complex, lovely.

Thick, sweet, sour, tart. Lots of tart bilberries with some blueberries, smooth bit rich, finishes dry. Just add some funk and this'd be great. Very nice.

Orangeish yellow, clear, wel carbed and some fairly persistent white head. Nose has tart cloudberries. Tart, sour, fruity, light, low acidity. Cloudberries, soft funk, a bit of dry wood. Very easy drinking but tasty and some complexity. Excellent.

Fairly thick, pitch black, flat. Sweet, roasty, boozy. Lots of bourbon, coffee, some dark chocolate, licorice. Hefty but pretty smooth. Very nice.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020)
Nose has some maple and molasses. Medium body, oily. Sweet, smooth, chocolate, brown sugar, a bit of roast and maple. Could have more maple. Excellent.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019)
Fairly thin body, sweet, a bit boozy. Milk coffee, some maple, some bourbon, a hint of racism. Loved the previous years, this feels a bit watered down. Still very nice.

Clear dark yellow, nice white head. Sour, a bit acidic. Nice sweet rhubarb that lingers, a dry finish. Very nice. Thanks Lucas!

Sweet and creamy, lots of mildly roasty coffee and vanilla. Some hops in the aftertaste. Not bad.
