Definitely sweet Gewürztraminer and quite powerful in the beginning. Gets softer and softer. Crisp, citrus soft suds.

Vinous with moderate acidity. White grapes are dominant, with the lambic character having a supporting role. Oak and some funk in the aftertaste. It reminded me of Sophia lambic overall. ⬆️ 4.35

Pas d'acetique, ça commence bien beau nez sur le malt avec une pointe vineuse. En bouche attaque sur le bois et continuité sur le profil du gewurztraminer litchi. Bien sec petite amertume belle acidité.
