Musty and herbal hoppy grapefruit flesh, dry grainy with slight caramelised bits, haystack on farmyard, refined, smooth complex moderate lactic acidity followed by ample bitterness. Top.

Beck- Hartweg 2021

Musty overripe grapes, rotting apples, white balsamico but a bit too much of it, well bordering into nail polish remover territory, soft tannins, ok for the complexity. Expected more from this tbh.

Gueuze (2023)

Musty lemons, rustic dusty grainy, earthy hay, mellow lactic acidity, soft wood, love the sight edginess that will probably age or soon. Great #trainbeer.

Chenin Blanc (2022)

Mildly white pepper and nutmeg spiced white grapes, rustic grainy, fresh hay, mild lactic acidity, great balanced complexity.

Lou Pepe Kriek

Cherry fruit bomb, almonds, marzipan, slight hint of prickly balsamico, really nice, complex and balanced. The best way to change trains.

Lou Pepe Kriek (2011)

Intense cherry marzipan, red ripe fruit kernels, ripe cherries, subdued fruity acidity, mellow age, very smooth and good.

Sophia Lambic (2022)

Mildly spicy white grapes well integrated with a smooth musty lemony, bright grainy lambic, also tangerine peel, mild funk, moderate lactic acidity, very round, pleasant, easy drinking. Top.

Big Worse (2012)

Nuts covered in slightly burnt caramel, créme brulée, roasted almonds, rich complex deep malts, soft spice, very round and smooth.

Unblended Oude Lambiek

Musty grapefruits, pleasant mild sulphur, dry grainy, well hopped Lambik. Top one.

Barbera

Intensely fruity with blue- and blackberries, vanilla touch, light black pepper, mild earth, later fruity grape notes, moderate acidity dominated by more fruits, young and intense impression. Really good - probably rounder and better with more age.

Oude Geuze Boon (2018-2019)

Grapefruit pulp and funky grains, moderate lactic acidity, very balanced with strong carbonation, very complex and round. Top Gueuze.

120 Minute IPA

Overripe apricots and peaches immersed in hop oils, resin, rosehip concentrate, distant liquorice, good old school caramalt dose, intense bitterness smoothened by booze. A dangerous, intense pleasure.

Very spicy white grapes with nutmeg, basil, distant white pepper, hints of musty lemons and grapes, funky grains, subtlest hints oftop balanced complexity.

Very present ripe musty peaches, clean intense lactic, later dry grainy, great intense balance and fruit.

Nuit Bruxelloise (2019)

Red grape fruit flesh, outright red wine, also all the ripe red berries and deep dark cherries, very round smooth aged lambic underneath, complementing the vinous notes with softest mildly funky and lactic excellence. Amazing.

Lambic D'Aunis 2020

Vinous fruity sour red grapes intertwined with redcurrants, cranberries and unripe plums, mellow wood, mild funk with a very light acetic touch though may be strong fruit acids. Overall balanced and with great complex depth. Top.

Intense fruity blueberries, moderate clean lactic acidity, tart, light and easy drinking. Great Berliner Weiße.

Musty grapefruits and overripe grapes, slightly spiced peaches, present wood, later soft sherry notes blending in, substantial yet tart, dry, fruity, complex. Great stuff.

Slightly spicy white wine, crackery grains, quite acidic but in a good fruity way.

Racine 2022

Spicy grapes with nutmeg, parsley, nuts, Federweißer undertones, rising dough, mild sulphur, young, spicy, intense. Very interesting.

Lambic Vin Jaune / La Vie Est Belge (2019)

Intense musty grapes, overripe oranges and apricots, sourdough baguette, subtle mushrooms, pleasant late acetic touch, deep balanced complexity, wonderful.

Sweet grapes, sour spiced apples, light nutmeg, very fruity with mellow funk, not too tart, mild lactic, fruity dry finish. Great drop.

Fruity woody cherries, soft hay like funk, quite acidic including some acetic, intense carbonation, great complexity and easy drinking. Holding up well!
