Oh boy ça a bien évolué ça. 1ère fois que j’y ai goûté, c’est Jean qui était allé chercher ça dans la cave, pas de label. C’était vraiment moins juteux et gourmand. J’en aurais repris un autre verre fo sho.

Na anderhalf jaar weer terug in Brussel Tijd voor een nieuwe #bronkoop. Heerlijk zachte lambiek met rode druiven, kruising van lambiek met rode wijn. Perfect zacht koolzuur, lange zachte afdronk. Prima voorbereiding voor de #OpenBrouwDag2023 #75cl

Lot of funk and dry acidity upfront with cloying raspberries in the finish... possibly purple raspberries because it is muted🤔 and then some light passionfruit seeds .. acidity mellows out as you drink 4.375

Bottled 2022. Red ripe fruit nose, a bit acid and grapes. Smells like dry wine but with some acidic. Full bodied,round mouthfeel. Ripe cherry flavor,grapes and dry red wine. Paired with Grey mullet/Caul fat/Pumpkin/Sour trahanas/Sauted/Wild greens/Pickle
