120 Minute IPA

IPA - Imperial / Double

The Holy Grail for hopheads! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copius amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy.

Love this beer. Reminds me of the old days. Thick, boozy, and hoppy. Delicious

Bottled 7/30/20. Figured a first full night in our new place is as good an excuse as any to crack it open.

Big flavor! Not super bitter, more mellowed, smooth, and sweet. Has a rasin flavor to it. Enjoyably boozy, but not a kick in the teeth. What a treat! w/ RM

Crispy

Hefty body, balanced caramel malts and strong pine bitterness, warming. At this abv tastes more like an American barleywine but I'm not complaining

Horrible to think I have to pay so much for a beer that I don't even get to taste. 😟

What the hell is this color? It’s smooth and funky and boozy and hoppy but not as crazy hoppy and bitter as I would have suspected. Almost barleywine-like. No idea how old but at least four years I’m fairly certain.

Smooth, malty, has sweetness unusual for this ABV. Little fruit and a little grass. Nice pour.

IPA meets barleywine. Not bad, but it’s too reminiscent of nail polish remover for a higher rating

Sorry not sorry - this is the perfect beer. Strong, raisin, boozy, a tiny bit of apple, yet still complex with a flavor that changes from start to finish. All without being too much of any one thing
