This is another beer that I’ve been aging for 10 years. Grassy dark malts. Syrupy thick and sweet. Complex.

Seemed more hoppy than times past. But, I guess an IPA should be hoppy.

2016 vintage. Reddish-brown with no head. Smooth and almost full bodied. Still good bitterness yet hop profile is gone. Caramel, molasses, raisin, and burnt toast flavors are the highlights of this brew.

4.40 this is still amazing and I can't believe I hadn't rated it the other times I had it... Maybe the alcohol content got to me???

I don't get it... How do they make a 15.5% beer drink like it's under 10%? Either way, my belly feels the heat. Gonna sleep *real* good tonight.
