Not sure on the year but earthy and stale coffee, no barrel. Tad metallic

Creamy, chocolate coffee bomb. Really good. New label sucks though glad I’m getting it on draft so I don’t have to look at it

Reminds me of cranberries, not too much of the signature Cantillon sourness, still pretty tasty

Schrute-level beetness. Begs for goat cheese. Surprisingly really works, delish

Backlog. So damn tasty, get the vanilla and fruit without overwhelming funk or acidity

Only fitting to close out the weekend with one last Zwanze pour. The color from the beetroot is a dead giveaway, but the nose doesn't have a ton of earthiness like I expected. Super funky and really well balanced in terms of the beet flavor. Really like!

Driving back from Canada and somehow I luck into two Cantillon pours I missed out on this weekend! The nose is very funk forward with the grape imparting a lot more tartness and skin notes to the palate. The finish brings out more oak. What a day...

#zwanzeday. So good……..really nice balance between the grape and the funk

More of a subdued berry with a lower acidity. Somewhat floral.

Nice, funky aroma. The grape profile, with which I am not familiar, is closer to grape juice than wine. Sweet and complex, moderately sour.

Assertive rhubarb, buttery oak, minerally. Very acidic this year.

I haven’t had a haskap beer since Anchorage. Dry, quite sour, with a pervading bright and sweet berry character. Amazing.

Earthy and jammy. Notes of peppercorn, black tea, and cherry pop out.

Vinous white grape, horse blanket, buttery funked out malt.

Such a great beer, holy shit. Raspberry hits bright and jammy tones.
