Lagra i nesten 6 år. Der har skjedd ting. Mindre humle, meir tørka frukt og malt, men veldig komplekst, vinøst, fortsatt kjenner ein alkoholen. Optimalt lagring 2-3 år kanskje? Best med litt temperatur. 😀🍻

Bottled 04.10.23 Missed this guy on that tasting night, but good stuff. More plum than I remember on the newer ones. Cheers either way amigos, packing sucks

Not great. And not bad. You have to have one if you find it.

I’ve never had this well-aged, so I went for it. Bottled 2020. Incredible mellow now. Almost barleywine-like. I think I’ve got at least one more of these.

This is really a barley wine. Raisins, grapefruit upfront. Caramel malt backbone with round citrus hops. Warming Alcohol on the finish. It’s good. $10 good? I’m not sure.

Rich but not too strong-tasting, sweet caramel flavour, does pack a punch!

What you have here is the holy grail for hopheads. This beer is continually hopped over a 120-minute boil & then , it’s dry hopped for over a month. Enjoy now or age for a decade or so.
