I’ve never had this well-aged, so I went for it. Bottled 2020. Incredible mellow now. Almost barleywine-like. I think I’ve got at least one more of these.

This really is like seaweed from the ocean. This would be 🔥 with some sushi. Kind of has notes of olive, salinity. This is fun!

Been sitting on a 4-pack of these for months. You gotta commit before opening a 17.2% beer. The way the Utopias notes blend with the WWS is superb. Glad I snagged these.

Campfire Amplifier B

Getting more of the chocolate and graham than marshmallow or vanilla. I don’t get the cinnamon at all. This is solid and it’s nice having a sweeter beer sometimes that’s not mega sweet or with an ABV in the pre-teens.

Costumes And Karaoke B

A lot of spices in here along with some vanilla. The flavors all work well together here, IMO. Creative and not bad.

Palo Santo Marron B

I believe a Delaware beer is appropriate right now. Haven’t had this one is a good while. That wood aging is fierce!
