Palo Santo Marron

Brown Ale - Imperial / Double

An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. The caramel and vanilla complexity unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. Palo Santo means "holy tree" and its wood has been used in South American wine-making communities.

The closest weve gotten to raison d’etre. Delicious! Balanced. Not highly carbonated. Sweeter side

Toasted wood and dark fruits. Soft vanilla coated plum and golden raisin with a whisper of fig. Phenomenal sipper on this 90 degree day. 🥵🍻

Still convinced this is just a barleywine in disguise. So much raisin, toffee and chocolate

Very strong but sweet. Boozy too which is good. I know this a rare beer that hasn’t been out in about 10 years. Cheers

All the wood without the booze. Very oaky. Very tasty. Easy to drink.

Dark brown, looks like nitro, drinks like a dark brown and smells like a fruit basket.

One of my all-time favorites in getting to have it on draft is bringing me back to why I love it so much. 🍻 #itsthewoodthatmakesitgood
