Warming raisin and figgy-plum waves ride an old oak and booze undercurrent. Like a riptide being pulled out to sea undercurrent! Lol. Soft sweet port wine and vanilla back notes. Phenomenal sipper. Fuck the remaining work day! 😂🍻

Lambic D’Haute Densité

Acidic funky prune and fig. Whisper of sour golden raisin and booze. Old oak backdrop. Definite port wine vibes. Dig it!

All Day Haze

Soft juicy fruitiness. A smidge of pineapple with a dash of citrus. Light and crushable. Nice balance. It’s good, but I’ll take regular All Day over this any day. Wait. New beer name. “Any Day IPA”. Feel free to use it, make it, send me a case of it. 😉

Porter

Bottled 11/2/21 - Soft roasty cocoa and coffee swirls. Sprinkle of sherry and dark fruit throughout. Fantastic balance. Aged well!

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

Bourbon and orange notes. Splash of cherry with a backend old oak finish. Warming booze. Great balance. Straight up old fashioned vibes. Absolutely love the cocktail, love this beer. 🍻

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Rich fudge notes. Soft booze and vanilla oak. Hits of of mild coffee throughout. Touch thin. It’s fine, but it’s not even same level worthy of OG KBS. 🤷🏼‍♂️

4 Giants IPA

Giant peachy pine with a deeper grapefruit citric core. Crisp. Softer floral backdrop with a dry malt foundation. Balanced one sided to the all mighty hop....and it’s awesome! Let’s Gooooooo Caaaaaaaaps!!!

KBS Espresso (2020)

Blackened coffee beans dipped in roasty dark chocolate. Warming bourbon and vanilla tones on an old oak backdrop. Smooth and creamy with a definite booze presence throughout. Well done, but some cellar age on this would be beneficial.
