Pours a dark red/purple in color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor shows notes of tart raspberry, blueberry, vanilla, old oak, barnyard funk, and a firm tartness. Medium bodied, smooth with lively carb and a tart berry finish. Always good

맛도세고 향도세고 밸런스도 괜찮다 바닐라를 별로 안좋아하는데 블루베리에서 이어지는 바닐라가 꽤잘어울린다. 저번에 먹었던 녀석에 비해 바닐라가 진하다. 다만 내취향은 아니다. 바닐라가 참 그래. 3.95

라즈베리-블루베리-바닐라-펑키함으로 순서대로 연결되는 향이 인상적. 맛은 진짜 자극적임. 시고 짜고 계속 쩝쩝되게 만듬. 향이 오묘하게 섞인걸 더 선호하는데 이건 순차적으로 나오는데도 연결되는 느낌이라 전개가 좋게 느껴짐. 온도 더 오르자 바닐라랑 과일이 합쳐져서 굉장히 잼처럼 느껴짐. 상블루랑 프람부아즈보다도 훨씬 잼같음.맛이 좀만 덜 자극적이었으면 개인적으론 더 좋았을듯.

Tellement un nice produit, vraiment content de le reboire. Pastry lambic est la meilleure façon de le décrire. Ultra tart, avec un gros backbone de fruits et de vanille. Délicieux.

Was surprised to see this on tap at a random craft beer bar I thought I'd check out in Tokyo. Super sour. She's an enamel stripper. It's all sour raspberries with a very light touch of funk. Good, but not as balanced as you'd expect from Cantillon.
