Classic Gueuze (2016) Stamper

Pours a mostly clear golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor shows notes of light citrus, funk, wheat, old oak, and classic barnyard notes. Medium bodied with soft carb and a lightly tart finish. A little oxidized. Drinking great.

Magic Lambic (2022) Stamper

Pours a dark red/purple in color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor shows notes of tart raspberry, blueberry, vanilla, old oak, barnyard funk, and a firm tartness. Medium bodied, smooth with lively carb and a tart berry finish. Always good

Sang Bleu (2023) Stamper

Pours a dark reddish purple color with a small off white head of foam. The aroma and flavor shows notes of blueberry, honeysuckle, tart wheat, funk, and old oak. Medium bodied with lively carb and a tart blueberry, honeysuckle finish. Damn good stuff.

Iris (2013) Stamper

Pours a dark orange with a thick off white head showing good retention. Aroma and flavor shows notes of old hops, barnyard funk, cereal grains, and a subtle tartness. Medium bodied with good carb and slight bitterness on finish. Held up nicely. Amazing.

Saint Lamvinus (2009) Stamper

Pours a cloudy, dark red color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor shows loads of vinous, red wine grapes, wheat, barnyard funk, and old oak. Medium bodied with lively carb and a tart grape finish. This has held up incredibly well. Awesome.

Iris (2014) Stamper

2014 bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off white layer of foam. Aroma and flavor shows notes of tart wheat, old floral hops, some light citrus, and classic Cantillon funk. Not overly sour. Has maybe fallen off a bit but still really good.
