Beautiful initial funk and then the finish is water. But I mean that in the best way possible. Perhaps on account of the age or just the masters at work, it’s just so smooth.

Why doesn’t this have a better rating? I loved it, but maybe that’s partly on account it’s been months since I had a pilsner. Fuck some locally brewed slow pilsners would crush here in Thailand

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)
(4.35) really dig this, old school almost oxidized notes, pours with no head, can’t believe there were cases of this left at Gold Eagle. Will go buy another to age
