Bien carb encore, décidément toutes les bouteilles de ce soir sont incroyables. Aussi bonne qu’en décembre dernier. Cognac Powa !!

Encore super clean , bien placé sur le funk et l'acidité. Un peu d'oxydation mais cest minime . Caramel en final

Bien meilleur qu’à mon 1er essai, c’est boisé, complexe, un peu funky avec une belle rondeur, flat. Pairing avec Wagyu / WOW !!

Tynnyrin tuoksua. Cantillonin tuttua katkeroa, mutta pehmentynyt reippaasti. Konjakista en löydä muuta kuin ehkä hedelmäisen komponentin maussa. Pehmentynyt kaikin puolin. Hienovarainen.

Outstanding. Aging didn’t scratch any of the basis elegance. Barrel is more subtle but the bottle is excellent. 4.70

LCI. Moeder OG OBD tasting. With this beer it is always the subtlety. The palate must be refined to enjoy as it remains light, but the barrel character is there. (unlabeled bottle)
