Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles Pod
So much pepper on the nose. Like smelling a pepper grinder. Tons of herbal notes, bit of lemon maybe too. Can’t imagine someone doing a better pepper beer. Well done Cantillon.

80% Lou Pepe Framboise, 20% blueberry lambic with vanilla. Doesn’t get much better. Zwanze 2016 all over again.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2015) Pod
November 4th 2015 magnum. Mellowed out significantly. Very smooth, amazing nose on it. Pure funk backend. Absolute treat could drink it every day.
