Nice punchy grape Cantillon. Like Tarlantillon, this leaned more funky and lambic forward than most, for me. Bright, acidic grape, wood and a distinctly spicy and funky finish.

Scarabée is great. Amazing spiciness from Traminer. Lots of aromatic suggestion and small curry notes. Noticeable tartness and balance. 4.40

Nothing muted about this horn of a gewurztraminer. Tropical notes, perfumy peaches, but also floral with hints of blood oranges on the palate, and a dry finish. 2022 vintage well worth its while on a Monday evening.

Cantillon through and through. Tart just right, with a wonderfully chewy grape aroma. Very good and very dangerous.
