Such a weird aroma. Can’t tell it’s lambic from the nose. Absolutely weird and off and has got nothing to so with grapes. Taste has some lambic acidity going on, but also some briny pickle stuff going on. One IG the weirdest lambics I’ve had.

Lovely. Intense, but no hop burn, low bitterness and low alcohol presence. Really Well done!

Funky mixture of crisp hops, bright malts and slightly estery yeast. Definitely keeps its promises.

Super Boon-like funk. Cheesy, dusty, subtle grape notes, very low acidity. Great stuff, and super underrated.

Løbeklub. Sweet malts, maybe some wheaty or oaty notes, subtle hops. Quite Nice.

Sweet licorice, lots of raisins. Very oldschool, and thus not enough barrel character. But still a Nice surprise!

Grainy on the nose, a little like a saison, woody, smooth, low acidity, super funky. Didn’t have high hopes for this one, so I’m pretty plesantly surprised.
