Intriguing complexity to this beer. Dry, peppery, citrusy, & herbaceous on the nose. W/ time, an ammoniated funk quietly comes forward. Palate contrasting w/ white wine, hints of stone fruit & lime zest to further layer the experience w/ a punch of fruit.

샤르도네 포케이 2년된 람빅이랑 섞었고 라디콘 콜라보라한다 향은 직관적인 백포도 뿌리채소 냄새 어린 복숭아향 맛은 백포도쪽 와인맛이 우아하게 나타나고 약간 알싸하고 스파이시한맛도 있다ㅋ 복합적이고 재밋다 만듬새도 좋고ㅋ근데 뭔가 익숙하지 않은 맛조합이라 좀어색한듯 4.1

Mooi. Beter dan de vorige vintages imo. Zeer intens in smaken, zou ik zeggen tannines? Fruitig, maar ook vreemde smaken dat ik moeilijk kan plaatsen.
