Zwanze 24 at Redlight. The beer was briney AF and unlike anything I’d ever tasted. Paired well with the freshly shucked oysters🔥

If you’re looking for a fruited lambic, it’s hard to top a fresh Fou!! That said, I like mine with some age on it so that beautiful Cantillon lambic has more of a chance to shine. Still, can’t complain!🍻

On draft at Derive Brewings Saison & Sour fest ‘23. Tastes like Welches Grape Juice. I feel like Cantillon is not meant for draft lines. Best under glass. And for me, with some age on them to mellow out the fruit and allow their lambic to shine.

This is beautiful but I’m gonna want to revisit it after a couple years so the fruit has a chance to die down. Idk that I’ve ever had honeysuckle before now. Tastes like a bright red sweet cherry with a little tart cranberry

Delicious. Bright. Tons of apricot. Plenty of carbonation. Not at all syrupy. Super clean. Could drink this all day!
