Funky toe cheese aroma with a hint of cognac barrel. Taste of cracker and citrus zest gives way to a lingering peppery bordeaux oak finish. This beer is sublime.

After seeing the blackness was a little scared but what a perfect preserved bottle. Aroma: wowwww funky cheesy overload, pink peppercorns, deep cognac layers, orange peel Taste: sherry, horse blanket, leather, faint fruitiness, buttery on mid palate

Throwback Thursday (6/9/13). Bottle generously cracked by James Daddy. Thanks man. Hazy yellow gold appearance, with a medium off white head. Notes were puckery tart skin, complex wood, grapes, shellfish, funk, ocean, lemon, and barn. Light refreshing…
