Still so fresh and delicious, crisp, grassy, mild fresh funky, bit herbal dry, feels like it’s been bottled this year! Huge thx Raf 🥰😘

Bright fluffy and tart. Lots of juicyness for a 13 yo bottle. Should be fine for several more years to come

Held up well for the age, but fell a bit flat for me. Very little barrel presence. Interesting

What a weekend with Chase F. cracking some postponed celebratory bottles. Classic Cantillon funk, but cranked up a notch. Balanced flavor profile, oak, just sublime. 4.8

7/3 - What a surprise. Thx for sharing this Matt N.

Awesome to finally tick this. Certainly delicious but imo not worth the chase anymore. I love secondary flavors that oxidation provides but for most this would be on its last legs. Either way absolutely delicious and one I’m very grateful to have tried.

Funky af. There’s a fruity sourness to it #TickinwithDJ

Drinking insane. Definitely get more cognac barrel than bordeaux.

Subtle funk with a perfectly matched sweet cognac finish 👌

Yep. Absolute all-timer that exceeded the hype and expectations. A curious little funk props up the cognac barrel which is just beautiful right now. A total stunner. [2021 Catch Up]

Super dry and musty lambic. This got old barnyard stuff written all over

Throwback Thursday (6/9/13). Bottle generously cracked by James Daddy. Thanks man. Hazy yellow gold appearance, with a medium off white head. Notes were puckery tart skin, complex wood, grapes, shellfish, funk, ocean, lemon, and barn. Light refreshing…

Insane how this has held up. Beautiful creamy mouthfeel, lemon, musty funk. Incredible.

Been holding this one since I went to De Heeren van Liedekercke in December 2012. Last night at this house with my boys here so it seemed a good time to open it. On to the next chapter.
