Haven’t had one of these in a while and this 17’ doesn’t disappoint! Delicate red fruits intertwined perfectly with the lambic base. Just perfect!

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Steinberg
B1 hitting all of the right spots! Notes of hay, wet earth, leather, and oak. Very effervescent, cork launched into the neighbors yard. Golden/honey in color, frothy head that maintains. Taste is complex apple skins, cheesy umami, just delicious!

Gueuze 100% Lambic (2000) Steinberg
Nose is damp earth and wood. Taste is blue cheese, apple, and sherry oxidation. Tart and bitter with plenty of carbonation to carry it all together.

So funky smelling. Taste follows nose really funky with cheese. Super fun one to try!
