Interesting one. Nice to finally try. Found it quite sour, with a definite salinity to it. I didn't really perceive any sweetness. Thankfully the lambic prevailed underneath the sea buckthorn flavour and added some woody complexity.

I absolutely loved this. Reminiscent a little bit of this year's Zwanze. Briney, funky, almost musty. Fruit character is very much integrated with the other components.

Lemon, earthy, and spicy nose, almost root beer-like, tart lemon-lime and cream soda pop with some earthiness on the mid, sea buckthorn is a very complex flavour, peach skin and sweet and tart acidic finish, so unique thanks Daniel M.

Bottled 10 May 2021. Fruity, acidic, vinous, sour, funky and drying aftertaste.

Lovely stuff. Opened with big pop, great consistent carb with resilient head. Seabuckthorn lambic

Very tart dry astringent acidic Sea buckthorn. Not appreciated at all by my mainly lager drinking buddy. Far from undrinkable to me; also pretty far from exceptional.

Really loved the 18 small guy of this beer, but this is pretty weird even for sea buckthorn. Has a little bit of sea shell, and oyster on the nose. Ton of carb with notes of pickle juice, gose, Belgian beer/plum, dirty/tart 🍋, and intense lactic funk.

An aroma I’ve never encountered in a geuze before. Very soft fruit flavor. Really nice.

Opens with a pop, huge foam. Like a strong geuze. Tangy with a hint of sweetness. Quince, green apple, some earthiness. That typical stonefruit Cantillon funk. Some tabacco in the aftertaste.

Dry, fruity. A bit more tart than my preference, but no problem.

Ciężko opisać rokitnik, gdy nie wie się, jak smakuje. Nieco różane. Potężna kwasowość cierpki, nieco stajenny, może brzoskwinie.
