Tyrnilambic Baie D'Argousier (2021)
Lovely stuff. Opened with big pop, great consistent carb with resilient head. Seabuckthorn lambic

Pretty damn sulphury on the nose. Tangy and tasty despite this. From a jug behind the bar. (Gueze on left Nath on right)

15/10. Not entirely flat but not gueze levels of fizz either. Enjoyed it .LCI

Very dry finish, quite a lot of wine barrel character/ a few tannins.

Lovely drink in a lovely spot! Fair whack of sulphur on the nose. Sweetness from the rhubarb but fruit isn’t the huge hit like when fresh. Banging though.

Bit of funk, tart cherries with a tart maybe bitter(?) finish that detracts slightly.. #1 of a homemade advent calendar. Not sure I’ll get through 24, but allons-y , let’s go! 💪

It was pure orangey fairy liquid (?) on the nose. Taste wasn’t much better -didn’t really like this one. Just had a taster

Agree with the previous caller. it’s like Smokey RDG. Weird savoury/earthy thing too. A bit of a challenge…!

Is heavy on the lactic/ amlam. Is a really nice piece of history as a triple collab from 2010 (!) sharp and tiny bit bitter. No oxidation really. Great carb.

Massively grape forward. Slightly tart up front then with a tannic and dry finish. Delicious (and delighted to get here.) carb is low to medium. Bretty on the nose maybe? Delicious

This was pretty flat on draft. Still got all the lemon and apple goodness. Not sure on the glassware (LCI)

Sunday freshie. 2020 big on the fruit, nicely sharp and funky around the edges. Big foam which dissipated quickly.
