No Gueze on draft, said De Cam. Sorry! It's become flat, but the flavours are beautifully settled and mellow. Fruity, leathery, cooked apples. Zwanze warm up!

That one seems to evolve quickly. More vinous, more oak, and somehow seems creamier with a silkier texture. Time will render that beautiful I'm sure.
