After a long walk, made it to the bar in Helsinki where this beer was brewed for. Very very tart, but drinkable. Some type of fruit? Slight floral bitterness (in a good way) and very sour

Je vais peut-être changer d'avis sur la baie d'argousier finalement 🧐

Thanks Riku L. Lively and high carbo for Cantillon. Fruity fresh nose, sea buckthorn definitely there. Taste is very mineraly, little bit even salty maybe, funky alot. seabuckthorn juice in background, tannic berry skin aftertaste. Very tasty and complex

Big, tart lemony lactic notes. More acidic than mostly Cantillon lambic, from the berries. Prominent Brussels briny funk. Strong, lasting fine carb. Good stuff.

I like it more this time around. Dry funk with berries, even if itsnot as intense that id like.. still, very nice.

Creamy. The buckthorn rounds out the base. Really nice.

Duindoornbessen. Nog nooit van gehoord. Typerend smaakje, beetje scherp en kruidig. Niet verkeerd.

LCI Symbiose member bottle share. This bottle surprises me every time. Always different characteristics. Wish I had a 750 to age 10-20 years.

Je trouve ca assez fou. Du fruit, mais je n'arrive pas a déterminer lequel.
