French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022) G
Nice auburn colour, smells like French toast with cinnamon and maple syrup, medium-light bodied, sweet French toast in a glass with a shot of bourbon on the side, booze is there but it’s still smooth and easy drinking, missing the smoke and malt though

Bday🍺💥 Inviting funky farmhouse nose with some subtle apricot and slight lemon, refreshing and zippy tart mid that I perceive as lemony, better balanced with more sweetness than most/all lambics I’ve tried with the apricot, tart and sweet, zippy finish
