Litt fersk? Deilige smaker av karamell, vanilje, lønnesirup, kaffe og sjokolade. Litt alkosting og ikke all verdens kompleksitet. God læll.

This used to be rare as hen's teeth so I'm always excited to have it. The bourbon isn't overpowering but gives the coffee and maple flavors a sophisticated depth that keeps it from being syrupy or cloying. Meant to be slowly savored.

262 days in the bottle. Still quite sweet with a mostly chocolatey taste and slight maple. Coffee has faded into obscurity. Still some hop bitterness. The 11.7% is warm but smooth. Creamy texture. Medium body; low CO2. Good but not amazing. Happy 4th!
