Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2024) Witkovsky
Definitely needs to warm up. Once at room temp or a little colder the flavors really meld together. Great chocolate and bitter notes. Almost a smokiness mixed with the vanilla. There’s a strong cherry presence as well. There’s still almost a spice to it

Thank you for the birthday gift, Dave W. ! Delicious and it was like drinking a melted down Black Forest cake

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Witkovsky
No heat at all. Just chocolate and roasty coffee. A delicious mocha mix and too crushable.

Not a beer you can age. Not rating because it went bad from last year. Had to try it though

French Toast Bastard Witkovsky
The nose on this is almost as good as the flavor. A wonderful meld of vanilla, maple, bourbon and so good.

It’s back and may be better than ever. It’s piney but not as in your face I previously remember. That resin mixes so well with the pine. Love it!

Solid hazy. Definitely on the light side which is welcome. Easy drinking hazy 🙂🍻

Mandarin & Mango Crush Witkovsky
Not bad but that is super sweet. Just as promised mango and mandarin to the highest degree.

Aged this for a year. Not on purpose. Just happen to be left over from last year but now that Punkin 2023 is on shelves I figured it would be a good time to break this out and see how it fared. I’m impressed. Would have no idea this is a year old.

Tasty unique lager. Light and Carmely but with a pepper bite. Not burning spicy but there is that spice there.

Oatmeal Cookie (just Like Grandma Used To Make) Witkovsky
Mostly a nice light lager but with a creaminess and hint of cinnamon sugar on the back end.

Espresso and cocoa. Rich and velvety. Thick but not heavy.

French Toast Bastard Witkovsky
Absolutely love this. Fantastic blend of maple syrup and bourbon on top of an already great base beer

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Witkovsky
Aged three years. TON of coffee up front which I am happy about. No booziness at all. Chocolate and espresso on the back. Smooth and velvety.

Vintage 2021. More complex than this year after aging a year. It’s also a little off but mostly still like it

Ultimate Oktoberfest Witkovsky
I like it and there is a huge bourbon, oaky, sweet and smoky thing going on here. However there is not quite enough of the malty Carmel that I’m looking for in an Oktoberfest

Has that malty fruit bitter aftertaste that cones with breweries that are “trying” to make hazy beers. It’s consumable. It’s fine but not one I would ever need to drink again.

Mango and pineapple. On the bitter side for a hazy but still very smooth.

120 Minute IPA (2017) Witkovsky
More like an alt beer or old beer at this point. Really great still. A nice beer to sip on

I don’t know if this batch is better than normal or if I just really needed this flavor in my life again but it is phenomenal.

120 Minute IPA (2017) Witkovsky
Tastes more like a barley wine at this point. Not upset at all about that.

Really nice expression Of bitterness from the extra coffee. The coffee beans really come through but still offset by some nice sweetness from the chocolate and bourbon.

Super solid. So tasty and easy to drink. Exactly what I want from this type of beer. Chocolate, medium bodied, marshmallow, vanilla.
