According to the date on the can, this is 16 months old, no wonder it was free.

Dark amber pour. Scattered white lace. Somewhat medicinal earthy spruce and Listerine nose. Mint and abuse. Very interesting. Same notes flow into the flavor. A tiny bit of burn as it fades. Ginger?

First grill of season and last beer from Winter (didn't drink much this spring because of health reasons).

Bought this for the plaid can. Nice light easy drinking pale with a spruce note on the finish.

Sad the new recipe is less spruce, but still good. And a random summer find

2018 version. Surprisingly spruce dominant. Drainpourfest day 3.

This is still a quintessential piney IPA. Just the thing I needed after wrestling with tech issues this afternoon. Happy Friday!

First the Pittsburgh toilet, now the Pennsylvania Tuxedo. It is rather good. Slightly sweet, infused with spruce, but not overwhelming.

A salute to the flannel-suited hunters who dwell in Central, PA. This coniferous concoction has a citrusy hop kick complimented by the resinous qualities of fresh, spruce tips & a smooth malt backbone.

Tastes artificial. Miss the days when the spruce tips were hand-picked.
