Losing a little oomph? But still syrupy & very sweet.

Thanks to my boy Nikita from Sly Fox for this one; a beer I haven’t had in a long time. Ehhhh. The taste is still a muddled mess with the cherries clashing with the chocolate and hops. Thanks for the beer, Nikita. This one is still a miss.

Worcestershire notes on the nose.but sweet on the palette. Incredible after all these years.

Been sitting on a few bottles for quite some time. Still really good. Almost completely still, but drinks quite strong. Get more cherry with a touch of chocolate on the finish.

Even better than last time. Jam-like, sticky, strong, delicious

Closing out my bday on a high note. 9 years and this bottle didn't lose much at all. Adjuncts still present and smooth AF! Bedtime. Father's day starts when I wake up.

Trying it as of this review and it's flat at this point (9yrs old). Over all taste isn't bad, close to a barrel aged wheat wine. I can't really pick up either adjunct.

Chocolate syrup in a bottle. Reminds me of the second batch of "Future You Hates You" from Adroit Theory

Liked this quite a bit back in the day. Still pretty heavy cherry.

Bottled nine years ago. This has definitely mellowed with age.

Sweet but not imbalanced. Port like in fruitiness and oxidation.Cheery, chocolate, breadcrust. For 17% would expect more complexity, but based on friends reviews years ago, sitting on this seems to be the unintentional smart move as the o2 is a positive

I think this has continued to improve as it’s aged (in my cellar) - 9 years after it was bottled and it’s smoother than ever.

Waited too long for this one! It is strong molasses, bitter, queen anne cherry cordial chocolates from the dollar store, and a bit like fernet branca in its spices and sharp warming finish. I regret not getting to it sooner.

Still similar to my review from 5 years ago. Still some chocolate and strong, but held up well for an 8 year old beer. Beer label barely made it, thou.

Cellar pull. Fudge came out as the sour cherry was subdued. Literally the opposite of what I thought would take place. Rich, bakers chocolate upfront, a hint of cherry in the back. Viscous and delicious. Not what I was expecting!

Better than the reviews led me to believe, but palatable

Glad this was cellared, much needed mellowing. Lost the cherry entirely though. Still delicious. One and done.
