Chocolate syrup in a bottle. Reminds me of the second batch of "Future You Hates You" from Adroit Theory

Cellared for three years and all the flavors have mellowed out together. Super tasty.

Solid Barrel aged beer, but still think Bourbon Barrel age was better.

Chocolate flavor is gone and taste like burnt coffee. Don't recommend cellaring extended time.

Strong deep flavors in this beer. Great sipper while eating some Mexican food. Holds up well with cellaring.

Bottle from April 2019. Lost the strong coffee bitter note but malt is still hiding. Going to age further and see if it changes.

Strong chocolate note at the beginning. Mid-body has hints of coffee. Finish is a strong Barleywine flavor. Thinking aging the remaining bottles might do it good.
