Been sitting on a few bottles for quite some time. Still really good. Almost completely still, but drinks quite strong. Get more cherry with a touch of chocolate on the finish.

Solid. Really strong chocolate flavor, but dark and roasty rather than sweet. Nice and smooth.

Super sweet at the first sip. Get a lot of that maple sugar that slowly gives to the cinnamon. Like drinking a pancake.

Pretty good. Obviously has the fruit flavor on the front, but has a good amount of roast and some caramel notes on the finish. Just the right amount of sweet.

Cellared 5 years. Nice and still, but still has a ton of heat. Has an almost caramelized flavor to it.

Solid. I get a nice amount of honey and fruit, sweet without being overly so. Get a bit of herbal note as well.
