Been waiting a few years to open this guy. Super high carbonation. Subdued sourness. More funk. Lighter bodied for 7%. So much depth and oak character. Absolutely exquisite. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Cellar pull. Fudge came out as the sour cherry was subdued. Literally the opposite of what I thought would take place. Rich, bakers chocolate upfront, a hint of cherry in the back. Viscous and delicious. Not what I was expecting!
