Served a little bit too cold. After warming up cherries got their highlight time. Tart, funky, quite fizzy. Cherry stone finish, almost almond notes. Would age it for 3-4 more years, huge potential. Hopefully will have a try again. Bottled: 2 Nov 2022

Closest thing to 3F I've had from Cantillon. Cherry pie for sure, but pretty dang tart and medium-high acidity. Will likely sit on the other bottles I have for a while.

Bottled: 19.9.2022. Krasny aroma, do kteryho se prijemne mota visen. V chuti prekvapive lehke (i telem), dominuje extra vyrazna kyselinka, "divokost", lehka trpkost, drevo, malinko visne (ktery mozna pred rokem byly citelnejsi).
