Rather special taste, much fruitier than I expected with some lemon and a rather big dust of peach in nose. Clear prescence of the maritime ingredient with umami and light saltyness.

Hopped-up braggot, nice with the hops cutting the sweetness!

Floral nose, deceptively light body w. flowery honeynotes. Not too sweet (appreciated) with a dry, hoppy finish. Nice!

Have been stashing this away for a wile to see if the rubber disappeared, and my word, what a change! Rubber gone, full on jam! Really nice, wish I had some chocolate to go with this!

Seemed a bit too acidic in the nose, but the coffee and chocolate is well balanced in the taste. Not too much bourbon to be honest, but there's a light touch that leaves no want for more. Good beer.

Backlog. Good maturation, I like where it is heading in a few years.

Butter and some smokiness in nose, fading. Gives way to stable notes w. grapes. More grapes in taste, low acidity.

The ursual "elderflowerness", rather pungent combined with a moderate & restraint acidity.

Some sulfid at initial serve, better w. higher temp. In many ways quite similar to juniper w. dry finish.
