Could use even more time, but it's getting there. Pretty soft, yet slightly tart, lactic, cheesy, vanilla and wood tannins.

Making friends at Cantillon! 🍻 Beer share. :) This has a barnyard funky lemon aroma. Super light on the palate, really nice tart citrusy flavors.

Honeypot IHOP Day Member share backlog. Huge funk. Very refreshing. Interesting flavor profile that I think was helped by the beer being still.
