Kriek 100% Lambic Hayes

2021 version. Big sour cherry aroma, sweet cherry underneath with a hint of cinnamon. Very dry and tart, funky, sour cherry flavor. Mouth drying and puckering at the same time as it warms. Lovely.

Bourista Hayes

Dark fruits aroma, raisins and prunes. Sweet prunes, coffee, raisins. Decent.

Nitro Rübæus Hayes

Smooth from the nitro. Nice raspberry aroma and flavor.

Airplane beer London to Stockholm! Cheers! 🍻 I had the Mikkeller SD version of this and thought it was piney. This was light and fully of juicy citrus with hints of pith. Nice beer.

Fou' Foune (2019) Hayes

Lovely peach aroma. Slightly tart, balanced funkiness. Really nice.

Muscat Petits Grains Hayes

Wild barnyard funk, hints of white grape in the aroma. It has a sweet grape flavor up front, the end is nice with an acidic bitter grape skin flavor.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2015) Hayes
