Look at this improper glassware! You couldn’t pour my lambic in a tumbler? I’m never coming to this bar again.

If you’re not first, you’re last. As in particle physics, sometimes you’re both

Might as well do one more. I assume this is a sixtel. Which means I’ve probably consumed about a quarter of it.

#8. Probably my last one given the time left in the Giants game. What an awesome way to spend a Sunday afternoon

Seven. Not only a great name for a kid but at 10 oz pours I’ve now had more than a growler.

#5. Prior to this I don’t think I’ve ever had the same beer more than twice in a day at Maloneys.

This beer is pretty good. I think I’ll just drink this for the rest of the Giants game.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise 2021 Beauchamp
Figured I’d bookend my Tørst trip with some Cantillon

Probably the biggest variety of Cantillon I’ve had in a day outside of Brussels. Always fun having this one on draft.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) Beauchamp
Lemon for days on the nose. Flavor follows through with that classic Cantillon profile

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Beauchamp
Maybe it’s my brain playing tricks but I get the flavors in the order of the label. The cocoa is the most interesting part for me. It has a good bitterness the plays well with the sweetness of almost everything else.

Definitely an American barleywine. Not my favorite style but this one has a very dark roasted malt profile that I’m enjoying.

One of the greatest lambic blends I’ve ever had. I’m going to miss that one barrel...

Not bad. For me the cacao, lactose, and especially the vanilla overrun the coffee. To borrow coffee terminology this one is light and sweet. Would love to try it either without the non-coffee adjuncts and/or with a darker roast.
