#3 Backlog - As always, tart & vinous with fresh pressed olive oil 😋
12 months ago
A great example of vinous lambic. Apple, white grapes and some pepper constitutes the main elements on the nose. On the palate, there are lots of chardonnay grapes' impact; sour apple, green plums, too. Citrusy zests, especially orange on the background.

Yesterday. Subtly sweet, minerals, moderately sour. Thanks Charlie C. !

4.1 My first time to experience white grape's aroma like this, probably the branches make it slightly herbal, earthy along with some tannins

My first Racine, WTF! Surprised by the acidity and extreme notes on this. Volatile and reduction all the way.

Thanks Rory M. For bringing this to the share :) just felt it feel short or was a bit vapid in terms of tart , funk and also carbonation was quite low . Also this variant blended with White wine grapes may not be my preferred style. still deserves a 4.4

Really strong dry white winey aroma (for lack of a more nuanced description). Starts more sour, with slight barnyard funk, then a much richer grape/oak flavour. Buttery notes, creamy texture. Subtle pepperiness as it warmed. Lovely. Thanks Beerspammer

So winey and incredibly creamy as a fresh Cantillon. Nearly not funky at all. Only pleasurable tartness in the finish. A great young one. Thanks to Rory M.
