Light, fruity, tannic, dry. Grapes, funk, some sweetness, decent amount of acidity. Excellent.

Could have been on a nonfruited lambic high but this felt like a bit of a let down. More acidic than the other grape blends I’ve had from cantillon these last few days. Could also be reaching my limit for the day

Similar stunning complexity on offer to the 2020 version, apricot kernel, olive oil, elderflower, pear. Even younger and rougher round the edges. Time will be a good friend to this.

This time b2 is better than b1, much more intense and persistent, drinkable but it has a very big problem: this one is acetic, way too much, and that's not what I'm searching out of a lambic. 3.85 just cause I'm a good guy.
