Top, on sent bien le merlot et la syrah, c'est bien fruité et le funk est modéré.

Nez très herbacé et floral, l'impression de se balader dans un jardin d'herbes aromatiques (thym dominant). En bouche, on retrouve aussi malt et froment, levures, pain. Le funk est bien entendu présent tout du long.

Délicieuse. Gourmande, très ronde, nez cassis framboise fruits rouges bien mûrs, belle longueur, dangereusement facile à boire.

Hyper gourmand, cerise ronde et mûre, rondeur cassée par une acidité équilibrée et des notes de funk bien sur le cuir qui complexifient le tout. Indémodable.

Tasted along with drogone wine. Tannins seems light when compared with that powerful and structured meaty wine. The funk in the lambic allow a different nose to express itself and allow us to taste a more subtle grape expression compared to the wine
