Missed check in. I remember all three of these had Jolly Rancher vibes. Awesome share

This is different. Overripe cantaloupe and cabbage on the nose. Lemon verbena, sweaty

smells rotten with some stank ass, dirty green apple, and socks. Flavor is a little better, but another miss for the grape lambics. Wish he would use the grapes instead of just must, color is nothing like the candy apple red for poulsard.

Light, dry, grape is a bit more subtle than the levain. Funky and musty, a little odd, but overall quite nice.

LCI.

Vegetal / nail varnish nose, eased with a bit of air into a weird sweet / sour beer, little to no carb, you'd never know it was Cantillon tbf - it's all over the place. Win some / lose some

Very savory with high salinity. Poulsard is very light but permeates the palate. Reductive on open.

Ouf, le chou de Bruxelles a fond au nez. Ça masque tout le reste. On le retrouve en bouche, et on se concentre que la dessus. Dommage.

Completely off and undrinkable to me. Not sure what has happened in this bottle. But develops some hairspray and burned tire aroma. Definitely not good at palate too. Drained pour. It wasn’t like that first time I had at the brewery.

Very different than it was fresh. Not aging well, the grape vinousness has been replaced by a slight off and rubberbandiness unfortunately. Hopefully this guy will bounce back after some aging.

This was amazingly drinkable, especially after walking 15 miles thru Paris today. Initially, the nose was pungent, w/ a green vegetable note. But gradually it became more bitter cheese rind, like of brie. Drinks very soft & light, delicate, big wine. Dig.

Refined taste, white grapes. Still young and fruity. Wry, bit stonelike, minerally aftertaste. Great, complex blend.

Vineus. Druivenschil. Licht zoete toets. Mineraalachtig, aards. Vrij fruitig. Balans tussen zoet en zuur.
