Wonderful rhubarb on the nose! Funky acidic rhubarb and very earthy like feeling. Moderate acidity, really fruit forward, the tip is to begin drinking it quite cold to have the full rhubarb and as it warms up the funky side goes up. 2021.

37.5. Still sharp dry and clean, funky as usual, a bit more oakey, carbonation was almost inexistant, what a pleasure to drink some lambics in Harlem!!! HH represents!! Thanks David!
