白葡萄风味胜过兰比克太多，兰比克重在点缀或者去平衡，但是整体就很平衡 低温展示甜感与兰比克发酵，回温就不一样了，霞多丽长相思的偏酸的水果味凸显的非常高，但是兰比克加入就口感回收特别厉害，虽然很酸 又甜，但是欲言又止的感觉，又上扬又很不兰比克的一款，就很奇妙吧4.6

烂塞子传统😂 整体葡萄风味表达压过兰比克太多！低温时酸度入口给得很足，芳香和Funky感喝起来更像葡萄Wild，逐渐回温后Tokay的甜度表达更进一步，显得有些梨的甜味，平衡了许多，更像厚味的白葡萄酒了！ 4.65+++

Late Checkin… Disappointed as it comes from collaboration with Radikon. Too much natural lactic acid like pickle. Felt the grape skin (might)implied by the introduction before tasted. 4.1

Better than the first time I had this Nose had some strange flavours but if you get past those, very aromatic, minty and enjoyable grape flavours that come throu even more in the mouth Also interesting to pair with the Radikon Oslavje 2015 4.3

4.55. Very good. Juicy, fruity with a little bit vegetal or grape seeds.

LCI. Moeder OG OBD tasting. Surprisingly zero ropiness or rubber band flavors. Maybe Jean has some aging tips he can share? Or the beer is rebounding after a year or 2 of strange tastes.

Checked this after some years and is still so unique. Mineral with reminds of salt extraction areas. Vinous, subtle herbaceous, tastes floral too. Hints of pear. Lambic part is mildly sour and not huge.

Was much better 1.5 years ago. Age has chipped away at what I thought made the beer a much better showcase for Radikon’s core palate
